What the platform does, area by area.

Eight areas over the same data. What each one solves and, at the end, what the platform deliberately does not do.

01

Bookings

A booking holds one or more services, and each service is a transfer, a tour or a delivery, with the fields of its type. It is the service that carries a status of its own: new, accepted, amended, grouped, assigned, cancelled, and every transition is kept in the history with who made it.

  • Transfer, tour or delivery, each with the fields its type calls for
  • Flight, pickup, destination, passengers and luggage per service
  • Month and week calendar
  • Pending communications per service
  • Statistics and exports with saved filters

Operations

Compatible services form arrival, departure or interzone groups, and each group comes out with its stops ordered by real travel time, with the traffic forecast for the hour of the service. Pickup times are calculated from the drop-off time.

  • Grouping by automatic rule or by hand
  • Route ordered by the engine, with forced order where needed
  • Stop limit per service, respected in the order of the group
  • Availability shifts by date and region, with automatic filling
  • Warning when the same driver and vehicle overlap
  • Schedule and name board PDFs, by email or through the App, with every send tracked

Airport

Premium

For operations with a desk or a team at the airport. The terminal team follows the arrivals, checks in whoever has landed and sends them to the group, and the driver picks up a closed group without having to do the welcome.

  • Landed, en route, delayed, cancelled
  • The day's arrivals grouped by flight
  • Desk check-in and no-show recorded on the service
  • Aliases for flights that change code between operators

Imports

The email account the requests arrive at is connected to the platform and stays integrated. From the regular senders the request becomes a booking unattended; the rest stays in the inbox, for an operator or for the AI Importer, which interprets the request in whatever shape it arrived.

  • Automatic import of the requests that always arrive the same way
  • Integrated mailbox, with folders by status and by operator
  • AI Importer over an email, pasted text or a file, confirmed service by service
  • Per-operator file importers, and fuel and toll cost files

Resources

Clients, agencies, suppliers and drivers are all entities, each with the profile that suits them. Vehicles carry the capacity the scheduling engine uses to decide what fits in each group.

  • Capacity in passengers, luggage and wheelchairs
  • Fleet map with position from Cartrack or the Driver App
  • Fuel cards and toll devices
  • Insurance and driving licences with expiry dates

Locations

Almost everything in the operation filters by region and date. Below the region sit the places and the spots, which is where the vehicle actually pulls in and where the coordinates that feed the route calculation come from.

  • Operational regions with their own alert recipients
  • Hotels, addresses and meeting points
  • Pickup spots within the same place
  • Geographic bounds that decide which tariff each address gets

Billing

The item defines the service and its tariff. The price can differ by client, the cost by supplier, and each service's margin is visible from both sides.

  • Price table per client, with a discount off the reference price
  • Supplier costs on the same item
  • Multi-currency conversion into the booking's currency
  • Tours with itinerary, languages, availability by weekday and cost per stop
  • Promotions and a check before exporting

Administration

Who can see what, what runs on its own and where information is fetched from outside. Each company has its own database, separate from the rest.

  • Permissions per page, per user or per group
  • History of who changed what, record by record
  • Automations: mailbox import, schedule alert, daily report
  • API keys per user, limited to the authorised addresses

What the platform does not do.

It does not issue invoices

It settles what there is to bill, by client and by period, with the costs on the other side, and exports it to the company's own invoicing program.

It does not sell to passengers

There is no shop and no online payment. The booking comes from the operator, the agency or the corporate client, and that is the operation the platform handles.

It does not run on-demand platforms

Running an Uber or a Bolt happens in their own app. What the platform does is import the settlement files from those accounts and carry them into the accounts and payments, beside the rest of the operation.

See this with the operation's own services inside it.

The whole platform for the length of the trial, no card and no setup fee. Just tell us the company and a contact.

The request goes to the sales team, who will be in touch as soon as they can.
