Prices are shown excluding VAT. A plan change can be made at any time; a move to a smaller plan only takes effect on the following month's bill.
The price per service falls with volume.
The discount for the tier reached applies to every service in the month, not only to those above the threshold. The tiers are the same on Base and Premium.
What you pay in a month is the greater of that subtotal and the plan's monthly minimum. On Base, a winter month with 150 services comes to €37.50 and pays the €50 minimum; August with 3,000 services comes to €525, which is 3,000 × €0.175, and pays that.

What is not an extra.
There is no per-seat licence. The price depends on the services operated, not on how many people use the platform.
No setup or onboarding fee. The account opens and work starts the same day.
New features arrive at no extra cost and with no service interruption.

About the bill at the end of the month.
What counts as a service?
Each service created inside a booking. A return booking counts as two; a booking with a single transfer counts as one. They are counted by creation date, not by the date they are performed.
And in a quiet month?
You pay the plan's monthly minimum. That is what it is there for: the winter of a seasonal operation does not cost the same as August.
How do you change plan?
The request is made inside the platform, in the subscription area, and handled by the team. A move to a smaller plan only takes effect on the following month's bill.
Does the trial commit you to anything?
No. If there is no decision, the trial ends and the data loaded is exported or deleted, whichever the company prefers.
The sum works better with the operation's own numbers.
